Habbo Hotel is a multi-dimensional virtual world and community for teens. Teens create online characters and can explore public hang-outs, activities, connect with friends and decorate their own rooms. Habbo has partnered with Summit Entertainment to add The Twilight Saga: New Moon themed activities, rooms, virtual goods and more to celebrate the release of the New Moon movie on November 20.

Twilight and New Moon have been very popular topics on Habbo for a long time, so it made sense to actually bring them to the virtual world. Now Habbo members have even more ways to share their excitement with other members.

If you are not already a member, it is free and very easy to register for Habbo. The Twilight Saga: New Moon virtual items and activities will be introduced beginning today, November 6, 2009 to its 31 communities worldwide. Users will be able to decorate their virtual rooms with New Moon related goods, such as the Volturi crest, a dream catcher and a piano.

To add to the excitement, one of the actors from New Moon will be logging in to check out the activities and conduct a chat. The timing might be announced in advance or it might be a surprise. Will it be Bella, Edward or Jacob or will it be one of the other cast members?

The Twilight Saga: New Moon, starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner will open in theaters on Friday, November 20. I would not be surprised if the November 20th showings are already sold it in many theaters. The third film in the Twilight saga, Eclipse, is due to hit theaters on June 30, 2010. Fans will have a much shorter wait between Twilight saga movies this time.
