BuddyTV is a very cool website for TV and even movie lovers. In addition to the typical reviews, discussions and pictures of television series and their casts, BuddyTV has many other fun elements. One of my favorites is the slideshows they put together on a wide variety of topics. The website has 4 brand new slideshows dealing with topics that I thought would very much interest the readers of this blog: sexiest vampires, hottest women over 40, infamous teen pregnancies and OMFG Gossip Girl moments.
1. 13 Sexiest Vampires - This list was made from TV and movies. I found it very disappointing. Angel (David Boreanaz) was not on the list, although Spike, also from Buffy the Vampire Slayer was. To me, Angel is the sexiest vampire ever (sorry Edward Cullen fans). Also, Lestat (Tom Cruise in Interview with a Vampire) was on the list, not not Louis (Brad Pitt). Who made this list? Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson in the Twilight movie) is number 5.
2. 15 Hottest Women over 40 - I have always had have mixed feelings over these lists. On the one hand they show that women over 40 can still be sexy. On the other hand, these lists make it seem as if it is a rarity to still be sexy at this age. I also didn't like that the word cougar and acronym milf came up in this slideshow.
3. 17 Infamous Teen Pregnancies - This was my favorite slideshow. The list had nothing to do with being wed or unwed, just being a teen. Most of the teens in the slideshow are TV or movie characters. Only a handful are real people. Some were from TV series not currently on the air, so I wasn't expecting those. They were the most fun of all. Some of the television shows that came up were: South Park, Lost, The O.C., Desperate Housewives, 90210, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, One Tree Hill and Gilmore Girls. Can you remember the teen pregnancies from each of these television shows?
4. 15 OMFG Gossip Girl Moments - Hopefully you all know what the acronym in this title stands for because I can not print it on this family friendly blog. Can you guess the 15 moments? Check and see if you were right.

Lestat was on the list, but not Louis!!! Oh, c'mon. That 13 Sexiest Vampire list lacks credibility on that alone.

That was my first thought. Even in the book Louis was sexier to me, but saying that Tom Cruise is sexier than Brad Pitt, come on! And I happen to like Tom Cruise.
